“Very nice and clean”
This hotel is nice and clean, ample parking space. Little noisy last time due to noisy next door guests, but it was quickly addressed by security. Been here many times, only complaint is their toilets are not made for hotels and shower water temperature drastically changes every time someone flus… more

The hotel is located in the industrial district and has nothing around, just factories, but is good for business if you need to work in the area, and it is in half way between downtown and the airport, rooms are clean and it has been renewed. “Grand Viator, Monterrey, Mexico 09/2013”
Hotel is not so far fro mthe international airport. It is in the motel style. Rooms are acceptable, continental breakfast is included. Room rate is very good, only 722 MEP. Has a garden and acces to a nice lake. Internet a little slow, but free. Good for 1 or 2 days on a business trip.
