“A great place to stay in Bacalar”
We had a wonderful view from room of lagoon. Great for swimming- kayaks and paddleboatd to use. Very Quiet and beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room with refrigerator and coffee maker. Very relaxing ambiance. I would come back.

“Beautiful hotel in a stunning location”
I loved the ethos of the hotel, it obviously really cares about minimising any negative impacts on its beautiful environment and encourages guests to do the same. “Great but sad”
We had the most amazing stay, the hotel and setting is incredible. I left my glasses in the room and despite promising to post them to me the hotel have not returned my glasses and they cost £399. Great holiday but very sad the hotel won’t help me.
