“Nice stay!”
Excellent location. Room was comfortable and we slept good for two nights. Room had everything you needed. Shower had plenty or hot water and had complementary soap & shampoo. Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was kind. Would stay again. Restaurant/bar was great!

“Beautiful and friendly hotel”
Excellent, very picturesque, comfortable, clean and family friendly hotel. The location is very convenient just a two blocks of the main square. “5 star location 3 star hotel”
We stayed here for 16 days , recently. Typically I think most guests don’t stay that long but we chose it as a jumping off point to explore the Yucatán area. 5 star location for sure ! “Could be great”
The location and free parking were great. Unfortunately, the hotel is very run down and outdated. The pool wasn’t swimmable because there were thousands of leaves in it at all times. It’s a shame because this hotel could really be special if they would do some renovations.
