The hotel looks nice and is in a good location. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I especially want to thank Dayana and Alonzo from the front desk. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt safe even though I was a solo female. The only thing I could say was a negative is that the linen looked dirty or dingy but smelled fresh.

Now, why my only 3 stars: here are the cons: Advice for Your Stay Despite a few operational quirks, this hotel offers a unique atmosphere that is well worth the visit if you arrive prepared. To make the most of your experience, here is some friendly advice for navigating the minor inconveniences: Managing the Essentials Housekeeping & Supplies: Since full cleaning and trash removal occur every other day, don't hesitate to request extra coffee, toilet paper, or fresh towels the moment you see your supply getting low. Linens: If you prefer your sheets changed during a longer stay, simply ask the staff directly, as they typically prioritize making the bed with the existing linens to remain eco-friendly. Water Strategy: The lobby provides a small jar as a refill station, but it can run low during peak hours. I recommend bringing a larger reusable bottle or picking up a few extra gallons from a local shop to keep in your room so you aren't reliant on the smaller lobby jars. I really do not know where the reviews are coming from. The hotel is not 5* at all, rather a decent 3* hotel. Let's start with positive: the staff... they were friendly. Now the negatives: the room was quite worn off. Towels were ready for bin. The AC was so loud you could not sleep. If it was turned off, it was very hot. The staff (outside reception) does not speak English. The breakfast is very basic. I would recommend to give it a good maintenance to come to 4*.
