“Right in the heart of Merida”
This hotel has some quirks! The keycard needs to be activated daily because it deactivates itself. The open plan of the hotel makes it wet on a rainy day to walk to your room, slippery tiles everywhere. “Nice hotel for the price”
This was a very nice hotel, with very nice rooms. Found the staff to be rather indifferent. Didn't chat or make us feel very welcoming. Signed us in and basically ignored us.
