“Close to everything and GREAT service”
We were in Merida for a quick weekend over Day of the Dead. The front desk folks, Pedro and Jose, were incredibly helpful (I had a group of 19 with me). I cannot say enough about them. “You'd think this is a nice place but we had problems.”
I really wanted to love this budget hotel but beyond the face of the hotel, it's just too run down with too many problems. Cons...our air conditioning did not work. They recharged it and said it was fine. It was not, they discovered there was a damaged coil. We insisted they move us. They reluctant… more
