“Good for the price and location.”
Basic hotel but only two blocks from the beach. Safe location and good free street parking. Good hot water and decent pressure. Mini fridge in the room. Beds are a little hard. I walked into this hotel which you should never do because a hotel will see you as vulnerable. Room 2 overlooked pool. Hotel Yaxactun is an L shaped bldg. Other inner rooms could see me so i left the curtains closed. Water pressure was weak. A/C good. Couldn’t work TV. Empty bottles under my … more

“OK for the price”
The location was fine, but the Progreso is so small it would be hard to have a really bad location. It was pretty quiet. The room was small but fairly clean. The drains in the bathroom were bad, and the cleaning staff tried to counter that with vast amounts of bleach. It literally made our eyes str… more
