This was the second hotel that we stayed at during our Jules Verne ‘Montenegro Explorer’ tour, and we stayed there for 1 night. The building design is so unusual, and we love staying in mountain areas, so we were really looking forward to our short stay there. On arrival, we were really impressed with the public areas of the hotel – the décor and architecture were both lovely. The staff at reception were very helpful, as were the staff in the restaurant. We had a lovely buffet evening meal there and an equally lovely buffet breakfast there too – it was particularly nice to sit by the large external windows. Sadly we were there for such a short time that we did not get to use the bar or swimming pool, but these looked great as well. We were allocated room 109, on the first floor. The room was nicely decorated, with an interesting diamond shaped window. Unfortunately, both the room and the window were absolutely tiny – there was barely enough room to walk around the bed, and it was impossible to have the window open when the curtains were shut (as they open inwards). This was absolutely fine for our one night stay, as the temperature outside wasn’t too warm in May, but we would definitely have struggled in the height of summer. So, 5 out of 5 for the public areas, but only 3 out of 5 for the room. I’d happily go back for a short stay, but our room would have been too cramped for more than a couple of days, and they definitely need to think about improving the windows and/or installing air conditioning.

“Not so good experience at resort”

I went here looking at reviews, am posting a honest review, we booked it for 2 nights, for a single large room of 5 occupants, here are the pros 1. Nice ambience and clean, check in and check out hassle free Cons 1. We booked a room for 8500 rs per day but no refrigerator at room 2. Such a big ac room but 1 ton small ac which takes a long long time to cool 3. No proper room cleaning service and you have to repeatedly call them to clean dustbin or clean the floors the response time is 2 hrs after 5 calls to reception 4. Every day room cleaning need to be done on own including floor cleaning, refill complementary supplies, nothing 5. Took full rent amount settlement of room the moment we entered
