What more can I say than this hotel, is a par above the rest. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, and with a smile. We didn’t originally book this hotel. We came here due to our previous hotel throwing us out and trying to charge us double to continue our stay, despite us already having been checked in for 2 days. With this in mind, we moved to the Suit Loc Apart Hotel. On arrival the staff immediately took our bags and lifted them upstairs for us, they offered to cook us a full breakfast despite having missed the lunch our, due to the fact we were moving across the city from one hotel to another. We then were given a overview of the hotel, and a overview of the city and what was available to us. Our room: ---------------- As pictured I have submitted, the rooms were very spacious, with separate, bedroom, Livingroom area, kitchen and bathroom. During our stay, the manager Even came to us and explained they were upgrading rooms, and would we like new furniture in the room, instead of waiting until we left at the end of our stay, providing us with the best experience possible. The staff: ---------------- The staff were amazing. Multi-lingual, and easy to talk to. They were always friendly, and eager to assist us. The hotel manager Yousuf was always explaining what we could do in the city, and helping us find cheaper ways of doing the activities on our list. Above and beyond ------------------------------ Myself and my wife were actually in Morocco undergoing IVF at a private hospital, which is why we were booked to stay for about 1 month. One time, we were having issue with our phones and booking a taxi, due to eSim issues, and the manager had one of the supervisors drive my wife to the hospital for her appointment to ensure she was not late. The staff were fully aware the purpose of our stay in Morocco. They were always helping ensure we could make our appointments and offering to assist with any issues we faced due to language or cultural barriers. They went above and beyond their protocol, which was amazing. Over the many weeks I must have spent hours talking to the staff. They were so helpful and friendly, and loved to trade stories about culture and different lifestyles between out countries. Food and drink ------------------------ The hotel is always ready to service. Breakfast was always freshly cooked for each person, rather than a buffet laying for hours on a table. Fresh, Porridge, Pastries, Tea, coffee, Soft Drinks, and omelettes were freshly made and provided every morning. They even learned your preferences. For example, I didn’t eat omelettes, but as a Scotsman, I had a can of cola with my breakfast which they found amusing, however, every day, my can of cola would sit on my table and they would only make omelettes for my wife. You never really had to ask for much. The day I didn’t feel like getting out of bed for breakfast, they sent it to my room  they always made sure we were well fed. Lunch and dining was always available on request, from which we ordered salads and steaks. Amazing quality. Summary --------------- I think this hotel is a par above the rest, as the staff were always willing to go that extra mile to help you. They would learn your preferences……. The staff are well trained, and do a great service to the hotel. I have attached some images.
