Very nice hotel in the middle of Casablanca, and still it is a quiet area. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Ms. Khawla at the front desk is very service minded and she easily just solved a potential problem and she pays attention to details. The restaurant have a very tasty local dish called Tajine, this one is a must when staying here. If traveling to Casablanca this is the hotel to stay with.

“Brilliant hotel poor location ”

Brilliant staff nice interior of hotel Breakfast quite average Room was very spacious nice deco lovely feel Constant smell in the bathroom is an issue Really nice hotel but in a run down area.

Large, comfy room designed to be self sufficient with a small kitchenette, but no cooking facilities or microwave, and nothing in the cupboards. Not even a wine glass. Staff are helpful, but services offered and amenities as listed on this site are far from accurate. Large, comfy room designed to be self sufficient with a small kitchenette, but no cooking facilities or microwave, and nothing in the cupboards. Not even a wine glass. There is a coffee pod machine with no pods - just 2 sachets of instant coffee and 2 teabags are our daily ration (no milk or creamer). 2 small bottles of water are supplied daily for brushing teeth, but for bottled drinking water, you can either purchase from the restaurant at a hugely inflated price, or go to the market next door. There was a notice in our room STRICTLY FORBIDDING guests to bring in food from outside the hotel. AC is ineffective. Leaving the sliding doors to a small balcony helped with airflow, but was a tad noisy overnight. There is NO coffee shop as stated! Breakfast buffet offers a reasonable selection. But no fresh fruits, and you have to ask for coffee. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, but may only offer a very basic pizza or hamburger at an inflated price. We were lucky to score a meal of steak with rice and veg one night, but that was the only option offered aside from a plain pizza. Fitness centre?? We couldn’t find it. Hubby ‘enjoyed’ a Hammam and ‘masssage’….. 2 hour appointment took just 80 minutes or so, but the price didn’t shrink accordingly. Judging by the large number of prestige vehicles parked out front on any given day, this place seems to attract some serious business of sorts however. All in all…..not on my recommended list. Plenty of room for improvement. And a sad introduction to the start of a 2 week tour here. Hopefully things will get better from here

Together with two other couples, we had come to Casablanca for a wedding. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with many restaurants in the neighbourhood, the big mosque in walking distance, anything else easily reachable by cheap taxis (beware: tendency to cheat the meter). The three rooms were spacious, one nearly double size from the two others, with separate bedrooms. Poor state of maintenance everywhere, staff tries hard to help. Cleanlines so-so. Beds are comfortable, wardrobes small, baths too, with hardly any surface to put toileteries on. Walk-in showers with grime and mold in corners. Towels vary in shades from gray to brownish and are very frayed, but get changed daily for others of the same quality. The hotel was extremely skimpy with toilet paper, for no apparent reason, to the point that one of us got a big pack from a near-by supermarket to supply all of us. Breakfast from a buffet, quite poor, not a trace of the wonderful local fruit offered everywhere and available in abundance. Coffee is very sad, the machine was broken, so there was Nescafe in its well-known lousy quality with sugared ! milk - none other available in three days.
