The staff was very nice and accommodating. Yusuf, was extremely pleasant and kind especially in the early morning offering breakfast.

“A couple of days in Fes.”

“Overall nice stay.”
Yousef was excellent. Very pleasant, accommodating and informative. Hassan was also very helpful. The rooms of the same category were not the same square footage, although the price was the same. This was disappointing as we felt we had to upgrade to get comfort for our three day stay!
