We absolutely loved the hotel it’s very quiet and peaceful the loungers by the pool were empty most of the time. The staff went out their way to help us in any way possible they were all so lovely. Our room was absolutely stunning so clean and air conditioning was great. Only thing to note if coming here is that it is far out and you need ‘big taxi’ instead of a normal taxi, we would get the taxi drivers number and keep messaging them made it a lot easier as the hotel is far out from marrakech.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. Adil and the entire team were exemplary throughout our stay. Special thanks to Aziz, Issa, and Bushra, who truly went above and beyond to make our few days unforgettable. AG Hotel is slightly away from the town, which makes it wonderfully tranquil, relaxing, and immaculately clean. What truly makes this place special, however, are the people — their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail elevate the entire experience. Well done to the whole team. We will definitely be back very soon.

“Best service through and through!”

Excellent service through and through. Badr showed so much aniciative. Tofique was so helpful and informative, Hajan was friendly and attentive and the Manager, Sadia always made herself present and approachable to make sure visitors were satisfied with the hotel service. Best hotel ever! Yvonne.

The rooms of the hotel were lovely. The afternoon/evening staff were incredible. No job too big... however there were a few things that let the place down and this is why I had to drop a star. The gym was old, the running machine did not work at all. The leg machine plug had to be weighted down with a weight to stay on to use.... the spa facilities were basic and not to standard, the jacuzzi was not on, and you had to book the sauna up in the morning for a session in the afternoon. The massage was ok, however the lady spoke no English at all, me and my friend wanted treatments at the same time but the lady was alone working. So my friend had to wait an hour for me to have a massage then she had a pedicure, which was appalling to say the least, it took nearly 2 hours to do and the nail varnish was over her skin and had some toe nails half painted! These treatments were at an extra cost not included. Then to my surprise I notice that the food afforded for lunch and dinner was the same menu with less offered at lunch, and it was the same 8 meals every night to choose from with 2 dessert choices, and 3/4 starters. The menue never changed the 4 days we were there. The mixed grille the minced beef was served raw in the middle. Again we had to pay for this food at an extra cost. The included breakfast was the same everyday also, normally things were dry ie cakes bread muffins and pancakes, these were reheated on a grill when you wanted them. The omelette was good though but it was everyday the same thing. Only 1 restaurant, the place I booked said 2 restaurants. The retreat was quite and relaxing. If you went out it was difficult to get in and out as the securities English was also not good, I had to translate it to Arabic. So over all the evening staff made the stay bearable. If it wasnt for them I would have rated lower
