“The most helpful and friendly people”

I just want to say I don’t usually leave reviews, but this specific hotel is wonderful. I lost my phone having left it in a taxi and they all helped me get it back. I couldn’t thank them enough. Besides this, me and my friend really enjoyed staying here it was calm and peaceful.

We absolutely loved the hotel it’s very quiet and peaceful the loungers by the pool were empty most of the time. The staff went out their way to help us in any way possible they were all so lovely. Our room was absolutely stunning so clean and air conditioning was great. Only thing to note if coming here is that it is far out and you need ‘big taxi’ instead of a normal taxi, we would get the taxi drivers number and keep messaging them made it a lot easier as the hotel is far out from marrakech.

We arrived at the hotel expecting it to be very glamorous given the instagram feed, it is definitely not the same as the ai images! However, we had a really lovely time there and the staff were amazing. On our first night we checked in but there was a problem with the a/c, they tried to fix it but in the end we swapped rooms and had working a/c - bliss! Rooms were clean but a bit tired in places (cigarette burns in the bath) It was really quiet, would be lovely to go to with a group of friends, but there’s nothing much to do in the evenings, so I’d recommend taking games etc. Our view of the food was mixed with some being hot and delicious and some cold and not so good. Breakfasts were always nice with a good range of yoghurts, melon, bread, freshly cooked omlette etc. The staff could not be more helpful and tried so hard to overcome any issues. For some reason we thought there was a shuttle bus into the centre, but there wasn’t. Taxis cost 300d return. Despite the imperfections, I would return to this hotel as it was a lovely relaxing holiday. There was always space around the pool and a good supply of pool towels too. We often had the pool to ourselves which was lovely.

Location - This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is around 23 km from the square. It's difficult to get a taxi and when you do it costs 150d to get to the square and 200 on the return journey. Location - This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is around 23 km from the square. It's difficult to get a taxi and when you do it costs 150d to get to the square and 200 on the return journey. There ate no local restaurants, shops or activities. The hotel seemed to be almost empty. Therefore it lent to a strange atmosphere. Our double room with a balcony was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the maid did a fantastic job every day in cleaning the room. The hotel was clean. The lobby was large but very hot, the air-conditioning was definitely not switched on. The pool was a good size and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The loungers were very dirty, splattered with bird poo. The carasols were all broken and a danger to customers, one flew into the pool. Another customer had to fish it out of the pool. There was a gapping hole near the pool which was a trip hazard. At one point the pool turned green, we complained about it. Unfortunately it took them 3 days to sort out. Adil was the only staff member who tried his best to make us feel comfortable under the circumstances. He was such a hard working staff member. The resturant food was extremely limited and not very tasty according to another customer. So we didn't bother wasting our money . Breakfast was very limited and a great dissappointmemt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but especially families with small children. As there are far too many hazards.
