We just concluded out Marrakech Trip and stayed at the Le Riad Monceau.. My take are the following: 1. Feetin and Sofian - are the receptionists and they are both Amazing! They take time to explain and accommodate your inquiry. They even look after you. I asked them for every single thing, directions, money exchange, tours, where to eat.. Everything, they are very accommodating! 2. Location of Le Riad Monceau - right in the middle of the action! Just 2 minute walk, you are outside the market. They have employees in the entry of the Riad from the Market, and they know you.. they are very helpful! 3. Rooms - We had our own private patio, we stayed and lounge most of the time. Such a beautiful room. Cleanliness, they cleaned and tidied the room everyday (with rose petals and chocolates) 3. Riad has Jazz Bar and Restaurant on the 1st and 3rd Floor, at first, I thought it will be loud, but when you close your door, you will hear nothing.. and they only play until 11pm, which is acceptable. 4, Spa - we tried the Hammam.. So relaxing 5. Airport Shuttle - very on point. No words! 6. Breakfast and Restaurants - best service! Nice food! I cannot ask for more, the service at Le Riad Monceau made our Marrakech Trip a very memorable and amazing experience! I will definitely recommend this place! And if I get the chance to come back and visit Marrakech, I will definitely choose this place

Wonderfully located in the heart of Marrakech's Medina down a bustling narrow street so common in the Medina, and a short walk to the main square. Soufran, the hotel's concierge, was excellent in helping me get oriented to Marrakech and the hotel's amenities. He was an invaluable resource providing guidance to what Marrakech has to offer, and always attentive to answering my questions or making sure my needs were met. My room was lovely and just off the courtyard overlooking the pool and the hotel's Bistro Arabe. Live Arabian/American jazz is performed nightly (2 sets) 8:00-11:00PM, and is delightful! The hotel staff are multilingual with emphasis on Arabic, French and English, so no worry about communication. Tasty breakfast offered daily in the courtyard. La Pergola is the rooftop bar, and serves alcoholic beverages along with non-alcohol beverages. Restaurant meals were very good with attentive service. I'd recommend taking advantage of the hotel's airport transit service. Your luggage and person will be met at the airport and brought to the hotel. Locating the hotel would be tricky if this is your first visit to the Medina, since taxi's and other vehicles are prohibited in the Medina. Though a short walk from the taxi or hotel transit drop-off to the hotel, it's confusing at first until becoming oriented. Lastly, hats off to Soufran for all his help including reserving a very nice car to take me back to the airport, and to the amazing mixologist/bartender at the Pergola for his service and amazing cocktails. I’m so glad I stayed at this wonderful hotel. It’s location is perfect for exploring the souks and Jamma al Fnaa square. The amenities and staff couldn’t be any better. The Riad (a house transformed into a hotel) has a wonderful vibe about it. It has old world charm with modern amenities. There is nightly live music from 8pm until 11pm. I loved the Jazz and Latin nights. The rooftop restaurant “The Pergola” was excellent. The tagine and backshish kebabs were some of my favorite dishes. The Casablanca beer was cold and had a clean crisp taste. The staff were phenomenal. Personable, efficient and very helpful. They felt more like friends than employees. They all spoke English but French and Arabic as well. From my first experience with Soufian at the front desk to the cooks and wait staff and even the staff cleaning the rooms, they all went above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home. I can’t wait to return! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Marrakech!
