Perfectly helpful and friendly staff, food and drink excellent. Room was perfect and the comfiest bed. Excellent value for money

It was located near the city center, we can get taxi easily. Atmosphere was real Moroccan I like that. Our room supposed to be a double bed but before checking out online it asked for extra £150 to have a double room instead of two single bed in a room which was disappointing. Avoid the Barbour/Hairdressers at the Hotel at all costs! Terrible experience for a man's haircut, the guy could not be bothered, just wanted you out as quick as possible, an awful cut and wasn't interested if i was happy with the cut or the customer service.
