It was an awesome time spent at this riad! The whole experience was even better than we expected. The riad was beautiful, very clean, and full of charm. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is also perfect — right in the medina, just a 10-minute walk from the main square and the souks. I would highly recommend this riad to everyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Marrakech!

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Riad Ambre et Jasmin was truly above and beyond. Zakaria welcomed us with mint tea and arranged the most perfect first meal after a long flight. We had Moroccan salad followed by chicken tagine, beef tagine, and a vegetable tagine for my mother who is vegetarian, followed by a refreshing fruit salad dessert. The food was absolutely delicious and just what we needed to begin our stay. Throughout our visit, the team of Zakaria, Youssef, Mustafa and Fahid could not have been kinder. Whoever was at reception was always smiling, helpful and made us feel completely at home. The Riad itself was immaculate and beautifully kept, filled with a calming fragrance that made it a peaceful retreat from the energy of Marrakech. The roof terrace was a wonderful place to relax, and it felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle outside. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. It was freshly prepared and different every day, with pancakes, crepes, eggs, fruit, almond cake, jams, butter, hot tea and coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was cooked to perfection. Two little birds would often join us at breakfast, which added to the charm, and outside the Riad there were a few beautiful cats that gave the place even more character. The ladies who prepared breakfast and cleaned the rooms worked incredibly hard to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Their care and attention did not go unnoticed and made the experience even more special. On our final day, Fahid showed such thoughtfulness by checking in on our transfer to ensure we got to the airport without any worries. He even surprised us with freshly squeezed orange juice before we left, a gesture that really captured the warmth of Moroccan hospitality. The location is ideal, about a ten minute walk to the souks and around twenty to twenty five minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa if you walk through the markets. For a quieter route, you can take the larger road around the souks which takes about half an hour. This Riad is a real gem. The building is beautiful, the atmosphere is calming, and the people make it unforgettable. If you are visiting Marrakech, do not hesitate to choose Riad Ambre et Jasmin. If Marrakech calls us again, Riad Ambre et Jasmin will be our first choice.

First things first…. What a beautiful Riad, the staff were wonderful, they helped with our tourist stuff! The breakfast was amazing and changed each morning, honestly, very, very worth it. It’s not too far from the Medina and hidden down a street that’s really lovely to walk down in the morning where you see all the market stall owners opening up (don’t watch the butchers shops if you’re sweemish!!) All in all a wonderful weekend in Marrakech, completely worth it and I am considering going back to do it all again! Thanks Riad Ambre Et Jasmin! Absolutely brilliant ❤️❤️❤️

It was located within the medina so to reach it you did have to navigate some unpleasant streets and although accompanied by a staff member we would have preferred to have taken a slightly longer route to avoid it (but only realised the other route at the end … more
