“Liberty in the Ville Nouvelle”
The Pacha has an agreeable Art Deco feel about it, though the sparse corridors might not appeal to everybody. “Stayed twice, an ok budget hotel great location ”
I've stayed in this hotel twice now one in October 2016 and again in October 2017. The cost of the room and breakfast is not high. “super wi-fi!”
Very quiet place, kind staff, room with balcony. The atmosphere in the bar and in the lounge area was intresting. Pity the bathrooms are awful, and the the fact that there were 2 single beds instead of a kingsize in our room. Very nice neighbourood for shopping.
