“Amazing!”
Every bit as grand as you would imagine. Staff are wonderful, the setting is absolutely incredible. Loved the decor, the rooms are incredible, the pool area is amazing. Would highly recommend going to the hammam and having a treatment, you won't regret it.

“A very special place”
I've visited twice and this is by far the most special hotel i've ever been to. It's oozing with luxury and class. It's the closest place to heaven on earth. The staff make you feel like royalty. The pool is a-m-a-z-I-n-g, the food and drinks are beautiful and the feel is so relaxed and peaceful.... more

Clearly the negative post below is bogus. Staff are very friendly and attentive and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
