Villa Bagan is fantastic, modern, and an absolute bargain. It is also near the hot air balloon launch which meant a later pick-up time. Go to the roof for incredible photos of the balloons. We stayed at Villa Bagan in middle of March. We wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are spacious and very clean, beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
