Plenty of paths and walking areas to enable morning strolls within the confines of the hotel. Dining room is clean and tidy, and a satisfactory variety of foods across all meals.

“Nice hotel ”

The hotels grounds are massive , as previous mentioned request the golf buggy’s to get you to your rooms etc The pool area was nice , the pool was cold / fresh , nice towels were deliver by housekeeping Bedroom was a ok only stayed a few nights , big Buffett breakfast Reasonable price

“Standard rooms worn-out; 2 shopping centers across the road”

Our office manager had booked standard rooms online at 40 USD per night for my colleagues and myself. The hotel lay out is spread out across a vast compound dotted with trees and plants, so you have to use a golf cart (driven by employee) or walk between room and main lobby. The standard rooms are worn-out, in the first room I had no switch at the bedsite to switch off the light, not enough sockets but the staff provided an extension cord with additional sockets; bathroom was ok, WiFi sufficiently fast and reliable. The breakfast is good, mainly Asian dishes. The biggest plus of Myat Taw Win Hotel is its location, with two shopping centers within short walking distance (across the road) and thus also access to several restaurants. Another plus is the staff, very friendly and helpful. Apart from having to stay in a shabby standard room in the 800, 900 room number area, I found it strange that we always had to pay for the rooms in advance. On a Sunday I had time to explore other hotels and found one with rooms much more acceptable but without shopping centers nearby.

Nice hotel in perfect location, you can walk to shopping center opposite the street. Receptionists doesn't speak English very well and sometimes it is really harder to understand each other. There is nice swimming pool but if you are bigger group there are just two sun beds. Standard rooms would deserve big general cleaning. There is dust, spider nets, death mosquitoes. If you use button do not disturb and it is visible from outside even though they clean your room so you can't have any privacy!!! (by cleaning I mean make your bed and take rubbish)
