Honestly , when I booked the hotel I did not believe the outside picture of the hotel on TripAdvisor was true considering the hotel is around USD 50 for 2 night which is what I got the hotel for including breakfast. The Inle-Lake has many branches and this hotel stands right outside one of the branches of Inle-lake. The picture of the Hotel from outside on the Internet is absolutely true. The hotel can match up with any 4 star hotel when it comes to its looks and facilities. The rooms had all the needed modern amenities like tv, fridge, electric kettle . The toilet was big and clean. The hotel provides a decent breakfast which includes breads, french toast, pan cake, customized noodle soup. Someone in the reviews said they do not offer cold cuts in the breakfast. I do not know whether the reviewer has even stayed in a hotel ever at all. How can you even except cold cuts at the price you are paying ? Coming the hotel . The staff was sweet and soft spoken. They are well informed about the places to go for sightseeing. You can rent a boat for yourself from right outside the hotel as one of the jetty for Inlelake is outside the hotel. There is a night market which offers cheap and good quality barbecue, noodles and fried rice. Also there are a few souvenirs shops in the night market which sell cheap souvenirs. Do try out the barbecues , they are even cheaper than the street food of Bangkok and very good in taste. Within 300 meters of the hotel there is convenience store selling cheap local liquor if you want . They also sell water and other drinks. There is a laundry shop who will wash , dry and iron your 2 kg of your cloths for as low as USD 3. The downtown Nyaungshwe market is more than a kilometer but honestly i did not find it very appealing. Also I would not recommend staying on the house boats of Inle-lake as you are cut of from the land. I found the location for this hotel the best. My room did not have a view of the Lake from my room and that is because I had taken the basic category room. If my booking had not been prepaid I would have taken a lake view room. The hotel lobby had a nice decor.

“Just perfect”

The staff is very kind and always helpful. The rooms are very clean. Location is perfect. You can easily reach everything walking or rent a bicycle direct at the hotel. The rooftop bar is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset.

“Amazing location and rooftop”

The hotel has an excellent location next to the river. The bed was super comfortable. Cool views from the rooftop, perfect to see the sunset. Very helpful staff, including the hotel owner who helped us answering all our doubts. To be recommended without doubt
