“Fabulous ”
I only stayed to one night and wish it could of been longer. Sandra was an attentive host and welcoming. Very clean room with many extras making a very comfortable stay. Great views and good location for central Durham. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice available. Highly recommend

“Lovely place & hosts”
We arrived to a very friendly welcome. Our hosts could not have been more hospitable or helpful. We had a very large comfortable bedroom with a huge bathroom-plenty of lovely big soft towels,nice toiletries etc. Breakfast was really nice and served quickly. All in all a great place to stay .

“Great all round”
Excellent 2 night stay superb room and view. Very welcoming hosts great breakfast with a wide choice of items. Ideal for visiting Durham and a variety of venues within 15 minutes by car for evening meals.
