Fantastic. We showed up at short notice, quite late, and received a very friendly welcome. “Good budget find.”
The hotel is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable. It is a bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with the City but we got there in the end. There is adequate car parking available. It is within walking distance of Dominion Road which is full of eateries and lots of ethnic restaurants.… more

I stayed here for three weeks of my month's trip. That must tell you something! The owner and manager, Ichiro Iwasaki were amazing,friendly,polite, and helpful Clean, warm and secure. “Handy to Eden Park”
A lovely old villa with character. Our room was light and clean and had everything we needed. So close to Eden Park, which was great as we came for a rugby game. Love the proximity to cafes and bars too.
