Hotel FOH very pleasant staff. Our daughter got handed a complimentary ice cream wrist band at arrival which made her feel very seen and appreciated , we were also offered water. “Great value, amenities and location”
Spent two nights at the end of 2 weeks in New Zealand. The hotel is in midtown close to AUT and it’s just over a 10 min walk to the wharf. “Close to all there is to see”
Hotel is strategically located in the downtown area. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and the BEST fluffy extra large towers I’ve ever encounter in all my travels. Roof top bar offer a great view of the area.

“As fine as ever!”
It was a pleasure for me to be at this Hotel again last month. The service and the standards of the accommodation were all excellent and I could really enjoy the ambience of the Gymnasium to rest and relax in as well.
