“Helpful staff”
We asked about an upgrade as was our 51st Anniversary. They did not have any available but said they would give us a good room. They also sent sparkling water and platter of fruit to the room. Within walking distance of shops and harbour.

“Good hotel and location”
We stayed here for 4 nights on our New Zealand tour. Good location and we were able to walk straight down to the harbour to the ferries without difficulty. The hotel was of a very high standard and we loved our room, the views and the quietness. Recommend.

“Please improve check in”
Long check in. Standard hotel. Nothing to write home about but comfortable. Please ensure there is enough staff to man the reception. 25min wait to check in with two staff checking people in isn’t good enough.
