“Weekend away in nice comfort”
Stayed at this Motel to be near family that had travelled to a near by Suburb. We travelled up to there and met up with yhem for variety of different activities. 10 minute drive to large Albany Mall and Shopping complex.. 10 minutes to Auckland CBD. Good Central location

“Quiet motel room in a residential area.”
This motel is located in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood with access to nearby shops and stripe mall, with a little bit of walking. Not easily accessible by bus so either self-driving or taking a cab is recommended. Good for a stop over rest for long-haul drive.

“Not another 3, this is the best”
Pleasantly surprised in December to see a newer hotel where things are under new leadership. It is still a solid clean 3 star that will be here for a long time. Other 3 star motels are whole lot unsafe and lipstick on a pig. This is not like those. Solid S for effort. Good job mgmt new chaps
