“Convenient location”
From first check-in we had excellent service from the very helpful gentleman on reception. Our room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Elevator was quick and easy, location was good for us, halfway between city and western beaches. Good supermarkets nearby.

“All you need, except a toilet after checkout.”
As with Quest Takapuna, the room, with its kitchenette, was perfect. The glitch was when I checked out, came back in the afternoon for my luggage and was told there was no toilet where I could freshen up before heading to the airport. Quite astounding. Left me wondering: how do the staff cope?
