Firstly arriving here after a long haul flight from England was a refreshing welcome. Greeted straight away we were asked for our booking. After confirming and some small talk we talked about only being here a night as going to be travelling around both islands for our honeymoon. The welcome receptionist then upgraded us complimentary to a suite and even though we arrived at 9am in the morning, gave us entrance to the room immediately. Later that same day the manager knocked on our door and presented us with a plate made specially and a lovely little note to wish us well on our honeymoon and to contact them if any further assistance was needed. Absolutely beautiful never had this treatment and although to some it’s a small gesture, this gesture has made our first day and night very special. The room is very clean spacious with all the amenities needed for a lovely stay with fresh milk given in mornings a wide variety of teas and coffees and thus is just in the room , there is a lovely walk in shower and a big bath with two sinks so me and my newly wed wife can both get ready together. Lovely quiet place the only noise we got was thunder and rain which we love as it’s so soothing with a lovely view of the city from our window, something like into a city painting. The whole atmosphere and vibe of the hotel and surrounding area is not like other cities and hotels it really is a lovely place with lovely people. Great value for money we had room service which firstly was delivered by a robot was was so funny and it cost us the same as the snacks we purchased from a nearby shop. The food was delicious we had tasty pizza; I had soup which was very creamy and my wife had the spaghetti pesto and she thoroughly enjoyed it. If I could give more stars I would. I would highly recommend to travellers from other countries who want to see the city. We actually are travelling all over and both have said we wished we had just booked here for the holiday as we are very content. We will definitely recommend to others and visit again in the future should be return. Thankyou to all the staff here.

“Weird rooms but excellent service”

Everything about this hotel was great except for the rooms. Yes it’s a modern new type hotel, but the room is so small, the bed is right in the middle and there’s no space to move around easily. Everything about this hotel was great except for the rooms. Yes it’s a modern new type hotel, but the room is so small, the bed is right in the middle and there’s no space to move around easily. We found it weird and a hot claustrophobic. The novelty robots to bring up milk or towels to your room were interesting.The rooftop bar was excellent though, amazing food and drinks and the service outstanding. Was disappointing the only restaurant in the hotel was vegetarian through. All in all it was a comfortable stay but we probably wouldn’t stay again.
