“Nice rooms”
Good enough motel for an evening or two stay. The rooms are decent, they have a microwave and kettle with a selection of some teas and coffee. Great location, walking distance to Riccarton Westfield, buses to the City & Airport as well as plenty of takeaways & coffee shops. “Decent stay”
Good for a night stay. Location is near to train station and 15 mins taxi ride to airport. Bed is firm, but do not have electric blanket in it. Room size is sufficient for us to spread our 4 luggages (2 big 2 small) at the same time. Water pressure in bathroom is very good.

“Nice enough room, close to busy noisy road”
Biggest concern was proximity to a busy road (Clarence Street). This road has traffic passing all hours and the noise heard from my room was loud even with all windows and doors closed.
