“Better than we expected”

“A hidden little gem”
A lovely little stop. We stayed in the King studio which was a private room, with a private bathroom, backing onto the courtyard. The staff are very friendly. It is a 2km quick walk into the central part of Christchurch. We did not use the restaurant. I would definitely stay again.

The general accommodation and facilities were acceptable. The experience was spoiled however by the sullen and grudging attitude of one female in the eating room at breakfast time.
