“Reasonable motel”
A standard New Zealand motel. It was right on the main road, so there was a certain amount of road traffic but not too bad, I slept very well.

“Charming place to stay”
We stayed at the Manor twice during our trip to New Zealand. We had comfortable suites for each stay. “It was just okay”
Note not all rooms in the lovely manor. The other rooms are motel like and unfortunately 2 are right next to a busy street (ours). Place was booked so no change. Bath did have spa tub and towel heaters. Close to a small mall and local eateries. It was okay but don’t think I would go back.
