“Home from home”
Great location, comfortable room. Loved the heritage aspect of it and found the photographs of the original owners really interesting. The current staff couldn't have been nicer. We loved the garden to sit out with a cup of tea after a mooch around the city.

“Fantastic B&B in Christchurch!”
An excellent B&B with stellar, charming and helpful staff! The rooms were spotless! The continental breakfast was perfect for starting the day! And I appreciated the 5-6 happy hour with complimentary wine! It gave an opportunity to chat with other guests! Five stars all around!

“Lovely central spot.”
Lovely B and B in great central location. Very hospitable lovely room with everything you need. Beautiful lounge. Great simple Continental style breakfast. Would very happily visit again.

Everything about my communication with this hotel was great.Emails were answered promptly! Phone calls were answered with a cheery hello. “Very nice and quiet.”
Accommodation located in a very quiet street. Very warm welcome. Queen Room: Very nice and clean. The breakfast is copious and excellent. Ideal location for exploring Christchurch and the nearby Botanic Garden. On-site parking available.
