“Great location, spotlessly clean”
Very well appointed, spotlessly clean, 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to main shops, large rooms - excellent choice, would absolutely stay here again

“Perfect spot”
The location was perfect, so handy to everything. The room was warm and spotless, we were really surprised with how quiet it was considering where it’s situated. Sandra was lovely on arrival - all round a great stay, will definitely be back.

“Location location location”
The place is central, walking distance to the shops and Caroline Bay, great for walks and enjoy the rose garden when in season. A walking distance to the viewing area to see the blue eyed penguins. Very clean and the remember our request.

“Fantastic!”
Super clean, comfy beds, good shower, lovely towels & linen. Fabulous staff. Well equipped room with plenty of cutlery & crockery. No dishwasher but that wasn’t an issue for us. Full sized oven, heat pump & a lovely balcony with furniture, (we had the two bed #35) super views, & spacious.
