“No soul”
Absolutely no soul in this place. We arrived after a long journey to find a big mirror with no staff at all - we had to ring a number to be told where the keys were. We went to our room to find no milk at all and a noisy fridge. The tv has to be unplugged to boil the kettle which is bonkers. The ro… more
