“Grateful 😁”
I wanted to thank you for the kindness of sending me my glasses to Christchurch after I left them at Harbor Side. What a wonderful gesture. The hotel was wonderful and the harbor view is so cool to wake up to. Perfect location. Thanks again!!

“Top Notch - Cannot Fault Anything!”
We had one night at Habourside and I wish it was longer! Cleaning (which is the first thing we look at) was impeccable. Service and friendliness we could not fault. “Excellent stay don’t be put off by location”
We turned up and thought we had the wrong place as middle of the port but reception staff were very friendly and showed us to the room. We had booked a harbour view and it was definitely worth it with a small balcony. Great continental breakfast and a 15 minute walk along the river to the town cent… more

“Great place for a stop over”
We had a lovely stay here, the room was spotlessly clean and over looked the harbour. The staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Couldn’t fault it, an easy continental breakfast in the morning. An easy 15 minute walk into the town Center.

“bad experience”
so we got there and the fridge was full of water due to frezzer defrosting , we had to clean that up , the toilet leaks , the door handle to outside balcony was broken of when u tried to open the door to outside balcony , very outdated an rooms need upgrading
