Having dined and wined and stayed overnight here, I’ve got a bit of a feel for this place. “Great value, cosy and so quaint”
We loved this place as it’s quiet and outside of the main CBD so easy to get in and out. On the night we stayed it was quiet and no issues with diners trying to park in the accommodation parking lots. Loved how cosy and quaint it was, with a very fancy bathroom and bed. Good speed Wi-Fi. “Trip to Nelson”
Welcomed and were given a ground floor cottage instead of stairs- much appreciated. The rose cottage was quaint and roomy. Well appointed and with a kitchenette. Walk-in shower. Super friendly staff. Pub was busy with an outdoor garden featuring live music.

“Good value”
Spend one night here, you park on the left side of the building. Rooms are in character with the exterior of the building, feeling of an old English pub. Slept very well, we had an evening meal here too which was excellent. Afterwards we had a nice walk around the bay. You are very close to the air… more

“Not really satisfying”
The staff was very friendly. However, we had dinner and after waiting 45 minutes we had to ask if our order had been forgotten – and it seems it had. We ended up receiving our food 1 hour after ordering. We had specifically asked for well-cooked, crunchy fries but they arrived pale and undercooked.… more
