“Wish we could have stayed longer!!”
This was our 3rd Haka House and was absolutely our favourite! In fact, one of the best hostels we’ve stayed in. We were in a 4 bed dorm (as a family with an 8 & 10 year old). It was compact but had all we needed. The fan was handy as very warm but we propped our door open when we could, to help co… more

Cheerful, pleasant hostel in the heart of Paihia. Haka Lodge was a YHA Hostel and retains the ambience and character of the YHA which is to its credit. “CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEW & STAFF!”
One of the best hostel I’ve stayed. Great-convenient location, CLEAN, amazing view from kitchen/lounge and professional & engaging staff from Manager Pablo to Martin, Marika and a female staff from France/French Polynesia. Easy access to tour meeting points!👍
