“Won’t answer the phone!”
Answer the phone you are a hotel and should be able to be contacted! I stay here often as I’m a rep my only complaint is there is never anyone on reception! Nobody ever answers the phone if you need to change your booking how an earth you can run a hotel with nobody on reception is ridiculous!
