We stayed at Quest Napier mid March for 3 days, Great position to walk around the city The room was great, clean, quiet tea and coffee etc and a couple of biscuits each day. An apartment hotel centrally located. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to Art Deco buildings and sea shore, and taxi/uber/ bus to vineyard and to wharf restaurants.
