“Ideal Team Accommodation”
Excellent accommodation. Rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and we had all that we required for our short stay. Reception staff were lovely and made our check in an easy process. Thank you Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North. Bowls Taranaki Women's team.

“My Go to in Palmerston Norrh”
Can’t fault the customer service. Room was exceptionally clean and had everything required for a pleasant stay. Bed was comfy. Restaurant food was great and staff ever so efficient. “Would definitely come back here to stay!”
We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and we all had a wonderful stay. The rooms exceeded our expectations, good size, nice and clean, quiet and very comfy beds! Reception staff/manager were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are back this way!

“Excellent Service”
Amazing place to stay and excellent service. I would like to call out how the staff & chef, who went above and beyond to arrange an early breakfast before the routine start time upon a one-off request and made sure this was done correctly. Highly recommended.

“Ok for a one night stay”
The reception staff were honest in that the hotel doesn’t see a lot of tourists because “Palmy” is not a tourist hotspot. It’s a large spacious hotel with decent amount of parking & good security.
