“A terrific place for a family stay”
This is a lovely place for a short stay. It was clean, quiet and well equipped. It also didn’t smell. The bed was super comfortable and we had a small outside pool. The toilet had a heated seat which was comfortable and unusual. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and well equipped… more

“Great accommodation in Rotorua”
Clean room. Very comfy beds. The outdoor mini pool / bath was awesome after a long day of driving. The smart toilet took a little while to get used to but was ok after a few goes! Location was handy to all the main sites.

“Comfy & loved by the kids!”
Lovely hotel, from the friendly and helpful check in to the comfy room. The kids loved the private spa and the swimming pool, we had plenty of amenities in the little kitchen and the beds were comfy. The wifi wasn't the best, but that was the only issue. Would definitely stay again!

“Newly renovated, comfortable and warm.”
