“Great stay!”
Such a nice and comfortable stay. Everything was clean, easy check in and the rooms are spacious and we loved the spa outside area. Great location too! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

“wonderful family place to stay”
We visited Rotorua in early February, and stayed at Ripple for three nights int eh three bedroom unit with kitchen and hot tub. “Good, basic hotel.”
Stayed here while in Rotorua. Very nice room and thankfully very quiet overnight (and the location helped -- not right downtown). Staffed very limited hours (seems to be a thing here in NZ), which was a small problem when we had an issue with the fridge leaking all over the floor. Also disappointed… more

“Time out”
Everything was lovely and clean, The staff were very friendly and inviting, Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here. Would love to come back when the restaurant is open
