“Colonel Boris the cat (who also owns Arista, next door) knows hospitality”
Located close to the center of Rotorua but also close to some of the best rated restaurants not in the tourist area (Momo Bird, Pinoy Tres Cuisine). “Graet stay in Rotorua”
The outside spa pool was great. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet.

“Fantastic location, amenities, and host!”
Morgen the Guest Whisperer always goes above and beyond. This is the only place we stay when coming over. It's a great, central location, beautiful clean rooms, great amenities. Plus if you're a cat lover, you may receive a lovely visit from one of their resident felines! You won't be disappointed.

“Fantastic stay”
Perfect stay in Rotorua. Well equipped room, great size, clean and with everything needed. Morgen was awesome very friendly and welcoming. The spa pool in the room was an added bonus. Highly recommended
