“Excellent stay”
The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It's got everything I need. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is very close to the city center. The dog is a bonus! I'll definitely come back :)

“Comfy accommodation with great value”
It is a convenient location to everywhere in Rotorua. Only several hundred metres to the mall, supermarket and CBD. Tidy and comfy room! Was lucky enough to have a golden retriever welcoming us. It deserves a pay rise.

“Provided everything we needed”
We stayed for 3 nights and this hotel provided what we needed - a clean, no-frills place to sleep at a reasonable cost whilst we experiencing what Rotorua has to offer. “Comfortable stay, with friendly management”
Great motel to stay in. Took my husband who became ill. Management we understanding and let us have a late checkout. Three nights in Rotorua and it was a lovely stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good room facilities. Will stay again
