“Comfortable stay with great amenities & location”

“Nice motel, good location”
Nice motel, good location, was clean and the staff were friendly. Each room had its own car parking bay. The hot tub bath was a nice feature Only negative was we had to pay $5 for laundry then another $5 to use the dryer which we thought was free but other than that was fine.

“Fine hotel, but would not stay here again”
Stayed in April 2025 with a friend (mid 30's). We are not picky people when it comes to hotels but would stay somewhere else if we ever returned to Rotorua. “Basic”
Very basic. No air con, walls not sound proofed, shower over corner spa bath with high sides to get in and out of. Black out curtains, but don’t cut back traffic noise. Water pumping sound when other units turn on taps at all hours. Has good off road parking.
