“Fantastic weekend getaway”
Fantastic getaway in Rotorua. Lovely staff who were happy to help and the breakfast was fantastic. Room was tidy and clean and perfect for our short stay. So central to explore Rotorua and being able to use the pool at the Novotel next door was an added bonus.

“Good hotel with some nice extra touches”
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. They had complementary laundry (which we didn’t use but was a nice addition). They also gave us milk for our morning tea or coffee that was from a local dairy and was really delicious. The breakfast was also worth the cost with lots of good options.

Had a pleasant stay at ibis Rotorua. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location perfect for exploring the area. Everything worked well and felt well-maintained. This hotel was well located right near eat street so finding somewhere for dinner was super easy and convenient. The room was ok, a bit dark for my liking. No central light so all lamps were used!
