“Great stay”
Great welcome right from the start, very clean and tidy rooms, well appointed. Extremely handy to walk into the main area of Rotorua. Restaurant served good wholesome food and good value, with some great flavours to add. Would definitely return in the future

The location and rooms were superior. Clean and quiet. Service was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

“Expensive old hotel . Poor service in restaurant”
The rooms are dated and very expensive. It is an older hotel with an indoor pool by the restaurant. The breakfast food quality is poor and the restaurant not very attractive. The wait staff are overwhelmed and the service is very slow .
