“Comfortable and great location”
We had a very comfortable 2 night stay in this hotel. It has a great location, fairly modern, great breakfast, our room was quiet/large, free laundry. Overall a very good stay.

“Disappointing”
Novotel are in danger of being regarded as no better than Accor’s cheap brand Ibis. Novotel Rotorua Lakeside’s best plus is its position in the town and near the Lake.
