“Fantastic hotel, will definitely stay here again”
Absolutely fabulous experience here. Check in was easy and staff were really friendly, organised and helpful. The facilities were clean, funky and functional and the whole ambiance of the hotel was great.

“Perfect location being one block to lake, shops, & restaurants. Charming old building, cannot wait to return thank you.”
Perfect location for our short stay in Rotorua, as could walk one block to the lakefront and one block to shops and restaurants. This Hotel has the old world charm and each one of the Staff friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the lovely lady who was the housekeeper, so sweet and sincere.

“Nice way to experience Rotorua”
Historic hotel adjacent to the Lake and Government Gardens. We got upgraded to the suite which came with a living room, dining room, kitchenette and washer facilities. Bar and restaurant is decent, but you can also walk to Eat Street for other options. Staff is friendly. Free car parking on th… more
