“Spacious room with all the right amenities”

“Lovely buffet experience”
Excellent buffet! The service team, especially Reiko is very friendly and helpful even when buffet is extremely busy. And also I had a best omelette in Rotorua from chef Ani.

“Would stay again”
Very clean and tidy hotel. Concierge parking service. Bags were escorted up to our room by the time check in was finished. “Good if not incredible stay”
A nice stay but due to how busy the hotel apparently was, we had a window that faced the inside of the hotel....the breakfast area specifically. Otherwise, it was fine. Room a bit on the small side.
