“Beautiful hotel in Rotorua”
Such a lovely hotel in Rotorua. Very near Eat Street. The rooms are nice but the real selling point is the staff who are all so kind and helpful. The pool was a real treat too! Nice restaurant and very good bar with a good wine list.

“Up market oasis”
A really lovely Motel in a great location. The room was a lovely size with all mod cons you could want for a short stay. The swimming pool and surrounding area was really nice . Staff always polite and helpful. Only slight negative is the limited parking available. Would definitely recommend.

“Great hotel with all amenities and an excellent restaurant”
Super clean and comfortable rooms. Great size with all the facilities that you could hope for. Two swimming pools (one indoor and a thermal outdoor pool). Super friendly staff and the absolute best restaurant for a hotel in many a long year - excellent 3 course dinner.

The Hotel was centrally situated with a small car park. Room a generous size and clean. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Swimming pool good but only limited sunbeds. “Not a 'boutique luxury hotel' - felt more like 3 star”
The positives: location close to restaurants, shops. Bedroom had separate seating area. The negatives: feel like a 3 star with very basic motel-like rooms. Would greatly benefit from complete makeover and updating. Parking on site, but limited.
